Hub-centric slip-on spacers
Using through-spacers, purchase bolts with the same diameter, thread pitch, and support as regular wheel bolts, but longer by the thickness of the distance. The spacers have the same bore diameter and ring (flange) diameter, so if they are mounted on universal rims with a larger hole than the hub flange, centering rings should be used. In each distance the amount of space for mounting the hub flange is given (it is the rolling depth in the distance). Make sure that it does not protrude more than this size.
Non-hubcentric slip-on spacer
When we install non-hubcentric slip on spacers, we decrease height of centre bore hub lip, to center the wheel (the height of the hub lip will reduce by the thickness of the spacer). Calculating the required height of hub lip which enebles center the wheel, you should bear in mind that the center bore in the wheel is beveled (depending on the wheel model, the bevel may be 1 to 8 mm high), so that the wheel does not center over the entire remaining height of the hub lip. For slip on spacer you need to purchase bolts which are longer by thickness of the spacer (the diameter, pitch and seating should be the same as original bolts)
Hub-centric bolt-on spacers with threaded inserts
Bolt-on spacers with threaded insert are a type of double-system spacers - the spacer is bolt on to the hub (with the bolts included in the set), next the wheel is fastened with original bolts to the spacer. The spacers are made of PA6 aluminum allloy, while the threaded insert are steel (cutting thread in the aluminum spacer may cause thread demage and even falling off the wheel). Construction of the spacers also enables the installing wheels with a different spacing than the hub spacing. PCD changing spacers we make by order, but only if the number of bolt holes in the hub is the same as in the wheel (we do not make spacers changing the PCD, e.g. from 4x100 to 5x100).
The minimum thickness of such spacers is 20mm, while the maximum thickness is 50mm.
Hub-centric bolt-on spacers with threaded studs
Bolt-on spacers with knurled studs are a type of double-system spacers - the spacer is screwed to the hub (with the nuts included in the set), next the wheel is fastened (with original nuts) to the studs protruding from the spacer The minimum thickness of such spacers is 22mm, while the maximum is even 100mm. Construction of such spacers also enables the installing wheels with a different spacing than the hub spacing. PCD changing spacers we make by order, but only if the number of studs in the hub is the same as the number of nut wholes in wheel (we do not make spacers reducing the spacing, e.g. from 4x100 to 5x100). These types of spacers are great for various types of motor sports, e.g. drift. They can also be used when the wheel is originally installing with bolts. As a result of this procedure, we will fasten the wheel by putting it on the studs, which is easier and faster than installing with bolts.
The minimum thickness of such spacers is 22mm, while the maximum is even 100mm.
The spacers are made of PA6 aluminum alloy
