The customer has the right to return the goods purchased from us, provided that within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods he makes a statement of withdrawal from the contract. A template for such a statement can be found here. The consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day on which he made a statement of withdrawal from the contract. The declaration can be sent along with the goods, but the deadline of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please attach the receipt (or - possibly - payment confirmation / order placement) to the parcel. Goods are sent back at the buyer's expense. Returned goods should not be used by the customer. If, after receiving it, it turns out that the goods bear traces of use, the customer will be charged additional costs in connection with the reduction of the value of the goods.

 

 

If you want to exchange the goods for another with the same value (or higher - for an extra charge), please inform us within 30 days of receiving the goods. Replaced goods cannot bear traces of use, and replacement (shipping) costs are borne by the buyer.
